<\/div>\nThe Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Foreign Affairs Minister Tahsin Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu made a test drive with the B9, the first model of G\u00dcNSEL, the first domestic car of TRNC, which was developed by Turkish engineers and designers throughout 1.2 million hours of labor at Near East University.<\/p>\n
Foreign Affairs Minister Tahsin Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu got behind the wheel of 100% electric G\u00dcNSEL and tested the vehicle in the driving area of G\u00dcNSEL Production Facilities on the Near East University campus. During the test drive, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu was accompanied by Near East University Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. \u0130rfan Suat G\u00fcnsel. Commenting on the car after the test drive, Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu emphasized G\u00dcNSEL’s contribution to the promotion of TRNC in the world.<\/p>\n

\nForeign Affairs Minister Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu reminded that G\u00dcNSEL had wide coverage in the world press last month and mentioned its contribution to the promotion of the country. Foreign Affairs Minister Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu said, “The success it has achieved and the commercial relations it has established abroad give G\u00dcNSEL much more meaning and mission than an automobile on behalf of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.” Ertu\u011frulo\u011flu described G\u00dcNSEL as the TRNC’s “Count us in” message to the world.<\/p>\n
