1. Responsibilities

• Development of CAD models and design of battery module elements.
• Development of technical drawings/drafting and production documentations.
• Performing wire bonding works.
• Applications of ultraviolet adhesive.
• Designing test methods and installing test mechanisms.
• Communication with suppliers.
• Process follow-ups from procurement and design to the final product
• Developing design improvements in coordination with the analysis team.
• Continuous monitoring of electric cars and battery trends.
• Implementation of Battery module Reverse engineering and academic research.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

2. Qualifications and skills required

• Bachelor’s degree of mechatronics or other relevant engineering field.
• Experience in CAD software, preferably Siemens NX.
• Basic knowledge of Lithium-Ion battery cells.
• Self-motivated for continuous research.
• Organized, disciplined and capable of creating self-calendar plan.
• Responsible and solution-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Ability to create innovative design solutions which supports future developments of GÜNSEL Brand.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Ability to work in rapidly changing environment with minimal guidance, self-starter.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Responsible and solution-oriented.
• Good team player.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to reside in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
