1. Responsibilities

• Involving and contributing to product feature planning processes.
• Defining requirements for an automotive electronic sub-system’s (body controls, keyless entry, etc.) features/functions keeping legislative, functional safety requirements in mind
• Developing algorithms where necessary to clearly communicate the functional requirements.
• Managing integration of the system, including bring-up and debug
• Conducting supplier market research and feasibility studies
• Contributing to sub-system relevant schematics of E/E architecture
• Collaborating with functional safety & homologation team to design tests which will validate functions, components and sub-systems according to the legislative and functional safety requirements
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results.

2. Qualifications and skills required

• BS degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field of study.
• Knowledge of vehicle controls and communication network systems (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet, etc.)
• Knowledge of Bare-metal, RTOS based or model based embedded development
• Knowledge of electronic control system architectures, sensors and actuators
• Experience with CAN tools like CANanalyzer and CANape a plus
• Ability to create innovative design solutions which supports future development of GÜNSEL Brand
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a MUST
• Ability to work in rapidly changing environment with minimal guidance, self-starter.
• Good team player.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to reside in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
• Outstanding problem solver.
