Turkish Minister of Commerce Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat visited the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, where he came to make official contacts, and performed the Friday Prayer at Dr. Suat Günsel Mosque, which opened for worship last week. After the prayer, Minister Prof. Dr. Bolat also took a test drive with B9, the first model of GÜNSEL, the local and national car of the TRNC.

Turkish Minister of Commerce Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat was accompanied by the TRNC Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoğlu and Turkish Ambassador to Nicosia Metin Feyzioğlu. The Minister and his accompanying delegation hosted by Near East University Rector Prof. Dr. Tamer Şanlıdağ.

During the test drive in GÜNSEL. Minister Prof. Dr. Bolat was accompanied by his counterpart in TRNC, Olgun Amcaoğlu, and GÜNSEL Founding Board Member Yalvaç Akgün. During the test drive, Akgün gave information about the technical features of the 100 percent electric GÜNSEL.
